ESTI Bulletin 7/2014 still applies: at most 600 W AC per metered circuit, fault current monitoring in the inverter and a written notice to the grid operator.
A federal research report (28 February 2026) found no known damage or injuries from plug-in solar and proposes new categories up to 800 W AC (single phase) and 2,400 W AC (three phase), including small batteries. Until a new guideline is published, nothing changes.
